Shipping policy

We currently store and ship most of our inventory here from our main warehouse in PA, USA.  All products are processed, quality controlled and packaged typically within 1-2 business days of placing your order.  You will receive tracking updates via email about your products status.

Most of the time, in the USA, you can expect your package within 3-7 days. We strive for the quickest most efficient carrier service with every shipment. We will send tracking info once the carrier picks up the package(s).  We are always looking for faster and cheaper shipping rates and will pass that along to you when we get them. 

FREE Shipping items

Any items shipped by us during a "Free" shipping period, that is returned due to an incorrect address or unable to deliver status, will incur a $6.99 charge to have the item shipped again to the customer.  We will contact you regarding the returned item and you have 30 days to pay the fee and have the item reshipped.  If you wish to get a refund instead of paying the fee, there is a $5.99 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.
