I was gifted my first pack of Iron Age Electrolytes and loved them SO much that I had to purchase them after my first pack was gone. My husband and I intermittent fast and we love that we can drink these when fasted. Also, we can really feel the difference in performance when using these while running compared to other electrolyte brands. The watermelon is the only flavor we tried and we are hooked!!! I have tried a handful of different hydration products from the well known commercial brands, to holistic types, and this is my new “go to” product.
The packets are large enough to mix with a larger 1.5 liter bottle and still have a great taste.
