I was gifted my first pack of Iron Age Electrolytes and loved them SO much that I had to purchase them after my first pack was gone. My husband and I intermittent fast and we love that we can drink these when fasted. Also, we can really feel the difference in performance when using these while running compared to other electrolyte brands. The watermelon is the only flavor we tried and we are hooked!!! AMAZING product!!!

My NEW “go to” for Hydration!

I have tried a handful of different hydration products from the well known commercial brands, to holistic types, and this is my new “go to” product.

The packets are large enough to mix with a larger 1.5 liter bottle and still have a great taste.

Grape Tastes Like Sweetart Candy

Originally I bought the variety pack to try them out. Happened to try the grape first and it happened to be my favorite. It surprisingly took me back to being a kid and eating Sweetart candy! I even had my husband take a sip and he thought so, too, but also made him think of pixie stix candy. The others weren’t as exciting but still good. Highly recommend the grape if you liked those candies!
