Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds on any opened food items or supplement. Our only exception would be our stick packs (please contact us for more information on how to return stick packs of Electrolytes). You can return any un-opened items for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
Exchange requirements. The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
● Product is defective
● Product must be in original packaging
● Product must be unused
In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are typically not allowed to be returned unless they are defective.
Proof of purchase
To complete your exchange, you will need a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Take some pics of the damaged product along with proof of purchase and send them with your return claim.
FREE Shipping items
Any items shipped by us during a "Free" shipping period, that is returned due to an incorrect address will incur a $6.99 charge to have the item shipped again to the customer. We will contact you regarding the returned item and you have 30 days to pay the fee and have the item reshipped. If you wish to get a refund instead of paying the fee, there is a $5.99 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, please contact us first. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. We may use some of that cost towards another item for your, or offer you a discount to offset the shipping cost you may incur for the return.
Please take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may have no choice but to reject the exchange.
