1. What has the blackbox code protocol done for your physical and mental health?
Less than a year ago I was 228 pounds (Iβm 5β9β, average build), got to the top of the stairs carrying my toddler and was winded and fatigued. That was the point I decided I needed to take better care of myself. I started with popular diets and jogging which saw minimal results. Then I started paying attention to the quality of food and started eating cleaner. It helped, but it was difficult to maintain. I then started working out and taking chain store supplements, but I wasnβt seeing any gains from functional strength training and lifting. At that point I realized, I didnβt know what was in my supplements. If eating clean is important, my supplements should be pure also. I started researching supplements and thatβs when I found Iron Age. They are the cleanest product on the market. I started using Iron Age early in 2025 and the results have been amazing.
2. What problems were you having before starting the Blackbox Code protocol?
The products speak for themselves. They taste great and mix easy. I start my day by mixing their collagen in my coffee. Iβm 49 years old and have played sports my entire life. I have always had joint and lower back pain. Today, itβs hardly noticeable and I credit the consistent use of collagen. It is great for my joints and skin. After I work out, I take Iron Age protein isolate 15 to 30 minutes after the workout. I have never experienced muscle gains and recovery this good before. I alternate creatine use. Sometimes I take it in the morning because of the positive cognitive effects, but most frequently I take it within an hour of finishing a workout. Finally, I use the total hydrate throughout the day. It may be the biggest game changer of all. The use of Celtic sea salt with so many micronutrients is a huge boost to absorption. While sports drinks always made me more thirsty, total hydrate quenches my thirst while I work out. It tastes great and is easy to drink. It gives me a little shot of energy and satisfies my thirst. 3. How has the BlackBox Code protocol changed your life?
When I started this process, I was 228. Clean eating and exercise shed 15 lbs in four months with no muscle gains using oK brand supplements. After starting Iron Age early in 2025, I went from around 215 lbs to 165 lbs on July 1. Iβve never been stronger, have gone from a 36 inch waist to 31 inch, and a 42R jacket to 44 slim.
