How to take your measurements: Women's guide

(see Men's guide below the women's guide)

Getting the right fit means you can get the most out of our activewear and your performance.

Waist - To measure your waist you want to find your natural waistline. Firstly, relax, take a deep breathe and then exhale. Your natural waistline sits between the bottom of your ribs and your hip bones, for most people, around the stomach button. Allow for a little slack with this measurement, you want to be able to breathe freely during tough workouts.

Hip - To take your hip measurements, find the widest part of your hips and place the tape flat. Ensure the tape isn’t sagging around your glutes, they’re part of the measurement.

Bust - Measure the bust circumference horizontally under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don’t pull the tape measure too hard.
