Marley's workout routine
100s daily, cold plunging and sauna are daily routines as well as at home workouts and being outside in the sun.
What inspired you to get info fitness training?
As a parent, I’ve seen firsthand how regular exercise helps my kids—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It builds their strength and coordination, but more importantly, it gives them confidence and resilience.
What types of training do you do most?
At home free weight workouts, kettlebells, yoga, outdoor running.

Running
I started running in 2025. I am only just getting started, the running game is a wild ride!

Family
There isn't anything on the planet more important than my girls and being a good role model for them by showing them how important diet and exercise are in everyday living.

Weight Training
Lifting free weights is important to balance everything. I always like moderation in everything I do. Squats daily!
