Frequently Asked Questions
We ship all of our inventory here from our warehouse in FL, USA. All products are quality controlled and shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order. Most of the time, in the USA, you can expect your package within 3-7 days, and often sooner than that. We will help you track your order once it is processed and given to the shipping carrier. Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.Exchange requirements. The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:● Product is defective● Product must be in original packaging● Product must be unusedIn order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for a list of countries we ship to and additional details.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please reach out to our customer support team. contact@ironagenutrition.com
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal for secure and convenient payment. At this time, we do not accept cash on delivery or personal checks.
